Welp I have been gone for almost 10 months from my blog. I apologize for my inability to stay focused on task to share to the 27 people that like my blog.
My mom is in town for the month of September. Pam came to Lexington for my birthday on the 5th and is staying through Ryan's wedding on the 30th. We have had a Wonderful time catching up. Last night we went to Storming Crab (seafood restaurant) in Lexington that my mom and I like very much. Ryan was able to join and we crushed a huge seafood boil. Snow Crab Legs, Shrimp and Green Mussels and all the fixings. What a nice meal.
When we left Storming Crab I checked the Braves score and Atlanta was up 6-1 over their conference foe, Philadelphia Phillies. When home and turned on the game and watched as the Phillies crept back into the game. Man they are a very good team. Ryan came over and we watched the game. I cannot explain the how the Braves are up 15ish game over the Phillies in the regular season and should easily win the division over the next 2.5 weeks but it felt like a playoff game. I was so upset at them blowing the 5 run lead and then so excited when they won in the 10th inning. I guess I am just crazy. Last year the Brave swept the Phillies at home in their last regular season series then blew their playoff series to the same Phillies. Whew the Phillies scare me.
So did I mention that Ryan Bale, my son is gettin married!! In a roughly 18 days and we are all excited about that. For those of you that don't know Ryan is our only son and we look so forward to his marriage to Katelin Carney. Tammy and I love Katelin and Ryan and Katelin make a beautiful couple.
As tradition, Tammy and I have been planning the rehearsal dinner at Malone's Prime Events for September 29th. We look forward to meeting all of the wedding party and their plus ones. We know most of them but there are a few that we do not know. I should be a great time with friends, family and the new family that Ryan and Katelin are making. I am a little nervous about my welcome speech and prayer. Well I am more nervous about the welcome. I can pray okay I love Jesus and he love me so I can figure that out. So pray for me in the meantime.
Love you all and I will try to be better with sharing my thoughts and idea moving forward.
Coach Bale
